Controller of Exams Shocked At BISE Lahore Inter Results 2021
The Controller of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Tahir Hussain Jafri, announced that the BISE Lahore passed the intermediate examinations very unsatisfactorily this year.
The comments came after BISE Lahore released the annual results for the 2021 Inter exams, in which 53 students scored 1,100 out of 1,100.
Please note that this year’s Inter exams only included electives due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The grades achieved in the elective subjects were given proportionally in the compulsory subjects in addition to the 5% additional grade.
The controller of the BISE Lahore Inter board told the media that it was not the first time that the students achieved the best grades in the intermediate exams, as this performance had already been achieved several times.
However, the BISE Lahore’s review and assessment mechanisms could still be improved, added the regulator.
The controller said hundreds of students scored 33 points in electives even though they only wrote their names and list numbers on the answer sheets as it is the board’s guideline on coronavirus to give all students passed grades.

It found that an initial analysis of the BISE Lahore Inter Results 2021 showed that 98.71% of students passed the exams, adding that those who failed did not take the exams due to the coronavirus Examination policy prevented them from taking exams.
The data controller said that a detailed analysis of this year’s inter results 2021 of the BISE Lahore will also be published shortly.
