After traveling 3,000 miles to meet her boyfriend online, a tourist Blanca Arellano Gutierrez has been brutally murdered for her organs.
Blanca Arellano Gutiérrez, 51, traveled to Peru from Mexico to meet Juan Pablo Jesús Villafuerte, 37, a medical student she met online.
But days later, horrified local fishermen discovered his mutilated body on a beach.

Villafuerte, who is studying biotechnology and medicine, was arrested in Lima in connection with the gruesome murder.
The two met while playing an online game and immediately started dating as they both had a passion for video games.
On July 27th, Blanca made the decision to travel to Huacho to finally see him.
Everything seemed to be going well until 7th November, when he stopped communicating with his family.

Bianca was reported missing after her terrified relatives appealed to Peruvian authorities.
The woman’s niece, Karla Arellano, said on Twitter at the time: “My aunt has told me over the months that she is happy and relaxed and that the relationship is going very well.”
He added, “I never thought I would be in this situation, but today I ask for your support in spreading this message and finding one of the most loved and important people in my life.”
When the woman contacted Villafuerte, he informed her that her aunt had gone to Mexico.
She said in another publication: “I decided to contact Juan P. because he was the only contact she had in this country and that’s where our fear was sparked.”
She released the man’s response, which read: “Honestly I haven’t heard anything for several days, she has decided to leave by mutual consent. I couldn’t give her the life she wanted and she just missed me.”
“She went to Lima to look for a ticket to Mexico and that was it for me. I hope you’re fine, I don’t know anything else.”
Two days later, Huacho fishermen were stunned to discover the remains of a woman.
Villafuerte attends the José Faustino Sánchez Carrión National University, and investigators recovered the human remains there.
The victim’s face and internal organs were removed by a qualified surgeon, according to the coroner’s office.
The student accused of murder and trafficking in human beings and organs was arrested on 17th November.
He reportedly told police curiously, “I’m a university student, I pay for my education by doing other people’s work and helping future doctors pass exams,” according to local media.
The perpetrator reportedly uploaded graphic images of his victim’s organs to TikTok.
He remains in custody while the investigation continues.
