BIEK Delays All Intermediate Board Exams Due To Rain
The Karachi Intermediate Education Board (BIEK) has postponed all intermediate exams due today to 24th August 2022.
According to your announcement yesterday, the exams for the following groups have been postponed:
- Humanities Regular (Economics-II)
- Humanities Regular (Islamic Studies-II)
- Humanities Regular (General History-II/ Options I & I)
- Humanities Private (Economics-II)
- Humanities Private (Islamic Studies-II)
- Humanities Private (General History-II/ Options I & I)
- Special Students (Outlines of Home Economics-I)
- Diploma (Anatomy & Physiology-V)
A BIEK spokesman clarified that the postponed exams will take place on 24th August (Wednesday) at the same centers and at the same times.
Previously, the BIEK had postponed the intermediate exams, which were supposed to start on August 11th, to August 22nd.

The following reviews had been postponed according to his previous communication.
- Civics-II and Sociology-II for (Arts Group in regular and private)
- Statistics-II (Arts Group regular)
- Nursing (Home Economics Group)
- Fine Arts-I
The exams will take place at the previously announced times and centers on 22nd August, the spokesman said.
The decision was made taking into account the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) weather forecast for the city.
