Anti-Meghan content channels generate £2.8m in revenue
While Meghan Markle is no stranger to the scrutiny, it was found that £2.8million in revenue was generated from anti-Meghan content.
In research by Bot Sentinel, a data analysis service, it was reported that three anti-Meghan YouTube channels managed to garner a total of 497 million views, which also translated into millions in revenue.

Bot Sentinel said: “We believe that some of the most prominent and active hate accounts were actively targeting real journalists and commentators to increase their visibility and amplify their hate campaign – in some cases they were successful.”
It’s important to note that in 2019, the Duchess of Sussex claimed she had learned she was one of the “most trolled people” in the world.
