Her family confirmed the death of the mother of four on Facebook. The cause of death was not disclosed.

The news of Katelyn’s death was first reported on Facebook by Saundra Mae-Lynn, who identifies Katelyn as her niece, who wrote: “It is with great sadness that I regret to announce that my niece Katelyn Ballman is only 27 years old and has passed away in a way.”
“She was fun and fun and a loving mother. She didn’t hear from him often, but she did call me every now and then. As far as I know, nothing is known about the cause of death,” she added, “Blessed are you and your family….”

The TikToker, known as itskatieeebee, had collected more than 75,000 subscribers and 1.5 million likes on the video-sharing site and gave its subscribers a glimpse into their lives with husband Josh Wurtz and their four children.
The last video of her was released on 29th September, titled “Literally on the school pickup line,” with an online obituary revealing that it was the same day she died, though the cause of death is unknown to her.
He says: “Katelyn Wurtz (nee Ballman), 27, of Cheviot, Ohio, died on Wednesday, September 29, 2021. She was born on April 30, 1994 in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Peggy Ballman.”

TikToker friend and colleague Allison Burton, who’s on herallietaylor, shared a collage of photos of the two of them together and told her followers, “My heartwarming sister-in-law, my best friend, it’s all in heaven right now.”

Sharing her tribute, Katelyn’s mother-in-law, Kim Williams-Wurtz, added: “I am writing an article tonight that in a million years I never would have thought I would have to write it.”

“God really blessed our family with this Lil Spitfire who came into our family with so much love and compassion and never looked back. He loved Josh Wurtz with unconditional love.”
Katelyn Wurtz helped Josh heal from past hurts and pains and made him love again. He LOVES HIS WIFE from him AND SHE LOVES HER HUSBAND from him! I never thought that God would bless me with such a unique and loving stepdaughter, but He did with Katelyn.
