Prince Harry Says Queen Elizabeth Will Be ‘Fine’ Without Prince Philip
Prince Harry remembers his late grandfather, Prince Philip, and the bond he shared with his wife, Queen Elizabeth II.
In the new BBC documentary Prince Philip: The Royal Family Remembers, the Duke of Sussex shared memories of him experiencing the “incredible bond” between the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh.
Prince Harry said that while he “misses” Prince Philip’s “sense of humor”, “he misses my grandmother more because I know how incredibly strong she was there with him … I also know that you would be without him and everything will be fine.”
“The two of them together were simply the most beautiful couple. For me, knowing their insolence and knowing that behind what the world sees, there are two people who were very much in love and that they both joined together from a very young age to live. To serve is an incredible bond between two people,” he shared.

“I can imagine my grandmother sitting in the back of an airplane, drinking a cup of tea, going through some turbulence, and saying, ‘Oh, Philip! What are you doing there?”, She remembers.
The documentary, which airs on BBC One on Wednesday, features members of the British royal family, including Philip’s children and grandchildren, and shares memories of him with the longest-serving royal woman in British history.
