Harry And Meghan Was Desperate When They Stepped Down From Royal Duties
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were devastated after deciding to no longer be part of the royal family.
As per the royal writer Omid Scobie, who worked with former royals on his Finding Freedom biography, Meghan and Harry believed the royal exit was the hardest part.
“The hardest part for her was breaking out of her real roles,” said Scobie People Magazine.
“It was harder than they imagined. They had everything planned in their heads,” he added.

Although the couple initially wanted a “foot in, foot out” approach that allowed for both royal duties and private work, that arrangement was dismissed by Queen Elizabeth.
“They knew they had to change things, but what they really planned wasn’t the best,” said the writer, who spoke to the couple’s friends and family to write Finding Freedom with Carolyn Durand.
“You were trying to find a way to come to terms,” Scobie continued.
“But would it have enabled them to have the happiness and security they have today? Probably not. These ties to the institution [of the monarchy] would always have been strong and there would have been constant problems with the financial efforts and “business decisions they made.”
