Jamie Spears has officially filed a cross-petition in court denying Britney Spears’ request for her “immediate suspension”.
In his report, Spears also denied Rosengart’s claims of alleged “preventable harm and prejudice” but also turned the tide, accusing him of not caring enough about Britney’s “recent behavior and general sanity”.

As per some popular magazine, the documents say, “Ms. Montgomery said my daughter was not taking her medication in a timely or appropriate manner, was not listening to the recommendations of her medical team, and even refused to see some of her doctors.”
He also added, “Ms. Montgomery said she was very concerned about the direction my daughter was taking and asked me directly for help with these issues.”
Spears also added: “On July 13, 2021, I received an email from Ms. Montgomery confirming our call, but she backed down on most of the details she gave me and declined the need for a 5150.”
