WWE Money in the Bank Results 2021, Winners Live Updates | Who won MITB 2021

The WWE Money In the Bank Kickoff 2021 pre-show begins at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, TX when Kayla Braxton greets us. She is joined by WWE Hall of Famers JBL, Booker T and Jerry Lawler, and Peter Rosenberg.

We see fans in the background circling around looking for their seats. The sign shows tonight’s Money In the Bank (MITB) card.

We received a video on Money In the Bank 2021 briefcases. Sonya Deville joins the panel when we return. You’re talking about the MITB Women’s Ladder Match tonight.

Liv Morgan steps onto the podium from behind the scenes and starts to get excited, calling it the most important night of her career. She keeps crying when she says “You still have it”. Songs from SmackDown. Liv talks more about tonight’s game, saying she has no choice but to win.

We have a break and a video pack for the Women’s RAW Title Game tonight. The panel is now talking about Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley. The Hall of Fame predicts Flair will win the title, while Rosenberg believes Ripley will keep it. The panel then discussed the RAW Tag Team title match tonight.

The entire jury predicts that AJ Styles and Omos will retain their titles tonight.

On Friday, we’re going to an outlet for SmackDown, which is broadcast live from two locations: Cleveland and the Rolling Loud Rap Festival in Miami. Kayla is sending us a video package for tonight’s WWE Title Game. The entire panel predicts that Bobby Lashley will be kept. The Miz and John Morrison interrupt the panel.

You have the dripper and the fans are noisy in the background. Reacting to overreacting to Morrison, Miz tells him he’s here to win the money case in the bank. Kayla sends us to the ring for the opener tonight.

SmackDown: Rey Mysterio & Dominik Mysterio vs The Usos Tag Team Title Battle

Michael Cole welcomes us to the ring. With him is Pat McAfee. The first to come out are The Usos: Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso. Greg Hamilton introduces himself as the fans introduce themselves.

We cut a video of SmackDown tag team champions Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio standing with a Mesoamerican pyramid in the background. They wear matching black suits. They turn and look at the camera, then nod and then enter a blue portal. Rey and Dominik then make their way to the ring as fans cheer them on, now with their team.

Dominik starts off with Jimmy. Jimmy leads him around the corner, but Dominik fights. Dominik with a dropkick and another. Dominik with a few drag-arm indents, including one from the corner.

Dominik remains in control and enters King early in the day. The Mysterios with a double team. Dominik throws an electric bomb at his father, which counts to 2. Jimmy turns him over and Jey begins to fight. Rey hits him.

Jey turns him over and Rey falls viciously to the ground. Jey brings him back and Jimmy comes in for a head butt while Jey holds Rey tight. Rey comes into play 2.

Jimmy pushes Rey over the middle rope, but the ref pushes him back. Jey pulls low while the ref is distracted. Jimmy now holds Rey to the ground while fans join him. Jimmy with another face.

King counters and labels on Dominik. Dominik with a trampoline clothesline, which is a bit sloppy. Jimmy joins 2. Dominik with a daredevil for a count of 2. Dominik with a little more springboard for a moonsault, but Jimmy still dives.

Jey enters, but Dominik throws him out of his apron. Jimmy is also knocked down by Dominik. Dominik climbs up and falls to the ground, but the Usos grab him and then throw him into the barrier. The Usos loom over Dominik is Ring as fans boo.

Jey, as Rikishi’s Splashes, spin around the corner. Fans sing songs of mourning. Jey meets Dominik in the middle of the ring. Jimmy comes in for a quick double team. Jimmy straddles Dominik in the corner, but Dominik throws him onto the apron and he falls to the ground.

Rey and Jey enter at the same time. King with clotheslines. Jey kicks Rey in the stomach then cradles him in his mouth. King with a scissor blow to the head for a pop. Rey flies off for Jey for a closed count of 2.

Rey knocks Jey to the ground, but Jimmy marks him and gives him a great kick in the face. Rey is hit by Jimmy’s big Samoan drop pop-up but leaves at 2.

Jey returns and Dominik throws Jimmy out but distracts Jey. Rey with a reconciliation of 2 over Jey. Rey goes to Jey for 619, but Jimmy sacrifices himself and is beaten.

Rey returns, but Jey gives him a great kick on the way down. Jey goes upstairs and hits the big Uso Splash, but Rey gets out just in time. Jey can’t believe it. Jimmy rushes over to chat with the umpire.

Fans sing “This is great!” now. Jimmy enters and climbs upstairs. Jey goes to the opposite corner. Dominik attacks Jimmy, but Jey stops and brings Dominik to the ground.

Jimmy eventually rolls Rey around the pin and Jey reinforces the apron pin, preventing Rey from kicking to get the pin and titles.

WWE SmackDown: The Usos are the Winner and New Tag Team Champions

  • After the game, the Usos win the titles and head to the ramp while the fans boo. We move on to the repetitions. Cole says the Usos just stole the titles. Jimmy and Jey celebrate on stage.
  • We return to the panel for a quick discussion of tonight’s universal WWE Title.
  • We see ladders placed around the arena as the briefcase is lifted over the ring. Kayla finishes the Money In the Bank Kickoff Pre-Show.
  • WWE Money In The Bank 2021 (MITB) Pay-per-View opens with a video package. We’re life from the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, TX when WWE officially returns to the streets for pay-per-view.
  • The pyrotechnics start when Michael Cole greets us. Says the sand is exhausted. Pat McAfee joins Cole on the ring. They’re promoting the first game tonight.

Women’s Bank Money Ladder Match: Asuka vs. Naomi vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Nikki Cross vs. Liv Morgan vs. Zelina Vega vs. WWE Tag Team Champion Natalya vs. WWE Tag Team Champion Tamina Snuka

We go straight to the ring while Greg Hamilton does the introduction. Alexa Bliss comes out first, stops, and points to the briefcase hanging above the ring.

We see stairs around the ring. Bliss takes off her dress for a pop. Cole shows us how Bliss won the briefcase in 2018 but cashed it that night when Ronda Rousey vs. Nia Jax to win the RAW Women’s Title from Jax.

Bliss now stops on the second rope and looks straight ahead. Then Liv Morgan comes out jumping into the ring and pointing to the briefcase. Nikki Cross or Nikki A.S.H. is the next.

Next is WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Natalya, followed by partner Tamina Snuka. Both wear their straps on the ring. Bliss is still on the second rope, near one of the corners, looking straight ahead. Zelina Vega is next, followed by Naomi.

Cole shows us how Naomi won the Women’s Bliss SmackDown title in the 2017 Elimination Chamber. Asuka was the last. Asuka is seen winning the briefcase in 2020, in addition to WWE HQ. Asuka has Kinesio pat on her shoulder.

They come down all the stairs or between them when the bell rings. Bliss is still watching. Bliss will now jump around the ring for a pop. She stands under the briefcase and reaches out to use her powers, it seems, but Asuka hits her. Liv joins Vega. Natalya takes Liv out.

Pass through Natalya on a DDT tornado. Naomi with a rearview to cross. Tamina kicks Naomi for boos. Tamina looks at the briefcase. Bliss jumps onto his back for a pop. Tamina slams her against the rug. Tamina levels Bliss with an elbow.

Tamina grabs a ladder and puts it on the bottom rope in the corner above Bliss. Tamina then throws Bliss under the ladder and hits her head-on. Tamina is even more hooted when she puts a higher ladder under her towel.

Liv goes upstairs and almost gets the deal, but Tamina knocks down the ladder with Liv and Zelina. Tamina towers over Liv and Zelina and injects them into the corner at the same time. Tamina climbs a ladder again, but Asuka stops her. They push each other.

Asuka escapes from a swing and throws herself off. Asuka with a hip attack to pull Natalya off the apron. Asuka kicks Tamina and prevents her from using the ladder. Fans explode for Asuka.

Asuka uses ladder legs to immobilize Tamina and squats down with them. Asuka goes upstairs, but Tamina pushes the ladder away, lying on her back below. Liv jumps up on her leg and pushes it down with Tamina underneath. Liv leaned over to Asuka with her knees. Liv goes upstairs for a lemonade.

Natalya capsizes the ladder with Liv on it. It’s possible that Natalya just injured Liv’s leg now that Liv is jumping. You have a standoff at the bottom of the ladder. Nikki is hit by the ladder when she tries to attack them both. Naomi and Tamina exchange blows while Natalya and Liv hold the ladder for them.

Tamina with a Samoan drop to Naomi. Vega and Asuka throw Tamina to the ground. Vega with a hurricane at the bottom. Asuka with a hip attack on Tamina against the barrier.

Natalya catches Liv with a ladder in the corner. Bliss takes Natalya out. Bliss climbs the crooked ladder to meet Liv in the corner. Natalya hits her. Bliss laughed in Natalya’s face. Bliss hits Natalya in the face first on the steel. Liv attacks, but Bliss hits her and turns on her.

Bliss looks at the briefcase as fans applaud. Bliss is now laying down a ladder. Bliss goes up, but Vega goes up first. They meet upstairs and Vega is shocked when Bliss looks at them.

Bliss now controls Vega with her powers. Bliss uses her powers to lead Vega up the ladder. Bliss goes back up, but Natalya runs after her. Natalya bombarded Bliss against the steel and then onto the carpet.

Vega comes out and goes to find Natalya. Vega with the double knee in Cross. Vega against Asuka and hits her in the face first. Vega stands on the lower rope ladder and tries to super-complex Liv from above, but Liv sends her up the ladder.

Naomi kills Liv and Vega by a big blast and uses an electric bomb on Liv in Vega in the lower rope ladder. The champions now outnumber Naomi’s team, but she leaves them both. They try again, but she hits a double stunner with the rope. Cross fights, but Naomi knocks her against a ladder. Naomi with a split leg in Cross.

Naomi goes upstairs to get a soda. Natalya takes it out and sends it to the ground. Vega stops Natalya from getting on and jumps on her back, but Natalya pushes them both down the ladder.

Liv prevents both of them from retrieving the case after getting their hands on it. The three of them fall on the carpet and the ladder tips over. The fans cheer them on.

A great fight breaks out in the ring. Cross climbs a ladder higher on the ground. She poses and then flies into the ring, taking out the other 7 competitors with a large shoulder bag.

Cross now puts the ladder under the briefcase. She starts to climb, but Bliss pushes her down. Cross hits her from behind her. They collide and Bliss cradles them in the face. Bliss grabs Cross with sister Abigail, but her own version of her move.

Bliss goes to get the briefcase. Natalya runs in and pushes her to boo. Tamina and Natalya takedown Bliss to get more boos. Natalya follows him and throws Bliss into the barrier. Tamina and Natalya grab a ladder and use it to push Bliss towards the barrier. You will continue to use the ladder in Bliss as long as she is down.

Now you’re stacking a couple of ladders on top of Bliss. The others join them while Bliss is buried under a ton of steel. The crowd cheers for everyone as Bliss is buried under the ring stairs.

Liv takes Nikki into the ring and then climbs a ladder to have an affair while the others celebrate Bliss’s funeral. Tamina stops her, but Liv sends her around the corner with a hurricane. Natalya walks in and leaves Liv.

Natalya and Tamina have two stairs next to each other. Natalya goes up, but Liv pushes her down. They get tangled up and Liv kicks Natalya in front of her and smashes her against the steel. Asuka and Vega now bring the third ladder. Liv and Asuka take down Vega.

Liv dodges a hip attack, then hits Asuka in the face first. Liv climbs the middle ladder as fans of hers cheer her on. Naomi climbs to the other side of the ladder. Tamina and Natalya go up the other two stairs. Vega goes up with Natalya. Asuka goes up with Tamina.

The 6 now go to the top of the stairs just in case. Cross runs in and climbs the middle staircase with Liv at her side. Cross takes the briefcase and stands with it while the other 6 superstars go up the stairs. Everyone is surprised when Cross is announced as the winner.

Winner: Nikki A.S.H.

  • After the match, Cross comes down with the briefcase and parties, while the other superstars still watch in shock from the three steps of the ring.
  • Bliss is still buried in the ring. Cross runs to the stage and climbs another ladder to sit down with the briefcase.
  • Let’s come to rehearsals. The other 6 superstars now seem disappointed. Bliss has not been seen since her funeral.
  • Cole shows us how The Usos won The Mysterios’ SmackDown Tag Team titles at kickoff. The Usos are now partying backstage with WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. Reigns gives them a few props, but he also takes the honor of bringing them back and getting them to where they are.
  • Reigns say the family is still watching and that they are The Bloodline, on the same page and now together. Reigns say he gave them what they want, so it’s time for them to give him what he wants.
  • Jey is excited and says he totally approves of Reigns for Reigns being his tribal leader. Jimmy agrees, but hesitates and doesn’t look as sure as Jey.

Battle for RAW Tag Team titles: The Viking Raiders vs. AJ Styles and Omos

We return to the ring when Jimmy Smith greets us. He is accompanied by Corey Graves and Byron Saxton. The Viking Raiders are Erik and Ivar. Next are RAW Tag Team champions AJ Styles and Omos.

The bell rings and AJ appears to start with Erik, but immediately marks Omos. Erik marks Ivar. Omos fights with the double team and shouts that this is his home.

AJ walks in and goes to work on Ivar for a count of 2. Ivar turns and hits AJ with lunges in the corner.

Fans chant AJ’s name. Erik enters and discharges AJ. Ivar walks in and Erik hits him on AJ. AJ walks in after it takes a while for Ivar to show up. Erik returns to make more doubles for AJ.

AJ falls after a huge team double knee but continues to come in. AJ blocks and sends Erik to the ground. AJ then kicks Ivar from the apron to the floor instead of scoring him as fans chant his name again. AJ labels in Omos nw. AJ runs and Omos throws him over the top rope to the ground for a superb hurricane assisted on Erik in the ring.

AJ is now working in the ring with Erik. Erik with a great backdrop. Ivar comes back and hits his bike and clothesline with a more characteristic attack. AJ uses a jawbreaker to get an opening. Omos enters, but Ivar leaves.

Ivar staggers Omos and jumps out of the corner, but Omos grabs his throat. Omos picks up Ivar to give him a big blow. AJ is now working on Ivar. Fans continue to cheer on AJ. Ivar rejects him with chops. AJ defends himself with blows. Ivar returns AJ and marks Erik.

AJ and Erik unload each other. Erik attacks with big knees when AJ attacks. Ivar comes back and Erik picks him up and knocks him in the corner against AJ. Omos fell off the apron.

The Vikings with another great doubles team, but AJ goes into 2 when Erik teams up. Erik is now a little frustrated. AJ blocks another double-team attempt. Rock Ivar with a Pele kick as Ivar climbs to the top. AJ sends Erik to the ground.

Omos walks in and grabs Ivar, who is still stunned by the battle kick. Omos pushes Ivar up and throws him on the mat. Omos puts a boot on Ivar and covers, but Ivar kicks just in time.

Ivar with a big fuss for AJ in the corner. Ivar escapes Omos and marks Erik. Omos now has a double team. More and more back and forth between the two teams.

Erik and Ivar hit The Viking Experience, but Omos urges Erik to break Ivar’s pen. More and more back and forth between the two teams. Omos takes Erik in his arms and hits him with a big two-handed chokeslam to get the pin to hold him in place.

Winner: AJ Styles and Omos

  • After the game, AJ and Omos celebrate the rhythm of the music. We move on to the repetitions. AJ and Omos hold onto the titles in the Vikings rally.
  • Kevin Patrick is backstage with Drew McIntyre. Excited, he explains why he has to win the Money In the Bank briefcase tonight to take on the WWE title.
  • We’re getting a video package for the WWE title game tonight.

WWE Title Match: Bobby Lashley vs Kofi Kingston money in the bank

We return to the ring and Kofi Kingston comes out first as fans start singing his name. Kofi comes into the ring like “New Day is great!” the song explodes.

Next up is WWE Champion Bobby Lashley with the MVP a few steps behind him. Lashley poses on the stage and walks into the ring ready to fight.

Lashley hits the ring and poses in the corner while the pyrotechnics go off. We get a formal introduction to Mike Rome before the bell rings. The bell rings and MVP holds up Kofi’s foot. Lashley storms, but Kofi is still jumping. Kofi dodges a pin and we get a double stomp, but Lashley kicks him.

Lashley towers over Kofi and hits him with a counterattack. Lashley works Kofi, blocks a kick, and levels him with a large clothesline.

Lashley leaves with a mixed reaction. Lashley with large shoulders in the corner. Lashley charges with two continuous lunges. Fans boo when the MVP barks to cheer on the champion. Lashley attacks, but winces. Kofi flies towards him, but Lashley grabs him out of the air and hits him hard with a chokeslam to boo.

Lashley picks up Kofi and throws him to the ground using the top rope. Lashley tells the crowd to shut up while they boo at him. He goes to the ring, picks up Kofi, and leads him to the ring post.

Lashley stops the count and goes back outside to lead Kofi to the ring post again. MVP barks boo as fans. Lashley laughs at the crowd and the boos get louder. Lashley pushes Kofi back and drives him around the corner.

Fans chant Kofi’s name as they try to join him. Lashley with his elbows in the corner. Lashley runs around the corner with one big forearm to drop Kofi with ease.

Lashley strengthens Kofi again with ease and uses him head-on. Lashley now applies the hurt lock in the center of the ring. Kofi almost breaks it, but Lashley breaks it for him and tosses it over his head over the ring. Fans sing for Kofi while Lashley continues to dominate him. Lashley pushes Kofi in front of his face again.

The announcers ask the referee to stop the game while Lashley rides Kofi and hits him in the middle of the ring. MVP yells that Kofi doesn’t respect Lashley. Lashley picks up Kofi and leaves him with the Dominator in the center of the ring.

Lashley stands over Kofi and hits him on the chest as the fans boo him. Lashley with another fat Dominator in the middle of the ring. The referee appears to tell Lashley to take cover.

The referee looks at Kofi while Lashley mocks the crowd even more. Lashley throws a third Dominator, then silences the crowd again as the boos get louder.

Lashley hurts Kofi again and Kofi doesn’t even stand. The referee declares the game after Kofi has not committed an offense.

Winner of the Match: Bobby Lashley

  • After the game, the crowd is amazed at Lashley’s music and stands in front of Kofi. MVP brings the WWE title belt into the ring and ties it around Lashley’s waist. We move on to the repetitions.
  • Lashley hits the corner to pose while Kofi is still face down on the mat while the referee watches him. Lashley makes his exit, while MVP follows.
  • We returned from a brief hiatus and got a promotion for the women’s RAW title game.

Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley: RAW Women’s Title Match

We return to the ring and the first thing is RAW champion Rhea Ripley. We see her winning Asuka’s title at WrestleMania 37. Next is Charlotte Flair.

He stops and poses on the ramp while the pyrotechnics start. We see footage of some of Flair’s big wins over the years. We have received formal Rome ring submissions.

The bell rings and they look at each other. Ripley smiled at Flair. They are locked up and thrown, and then they break. The crowd gives Flair a bit of heat and she responds by showing them the middle finger that WWE is trying to cover.

Ripley butted Flair after a lockdown. Flair cradles her. Ripley strikes back. Ripley teases Flair after rocking her. Ripley lets go of the flair now.

Fans sing “We want Becky!” now. Flair and Ripley exchange blows on the apron. Ripley takes the lead and performs the ropes for dropkick flair from the apron to the floor. Ripley follows her, but Flair hits her hard to the ground.

Flair kicks Ripley against the barrier while she is downstairs. Flair takes him to a quick count of 1. Flair with a T-bone suplex in the corner. Flair shows up a bit then walks away as Ripley stands in the corner. Flair covers another count.

Flair punishes Ripley with a headache. Offensive and boastful style, he mocks Ripley and tells him to stand up. Ripley struggles against the mat. They hit each other as the crowd sings for Ripley, which distracts Flair a bit. Ripley tries to grab him from behind, but they send him around the corner.

Fans are now singing mourning songs. Ripley with a big elbow on his back. Ripley pushes back against the ropes and throws Flair over the top rope to the ground.

Fans sing for Becky Lynch again. Ripley leads Flair into the ring and screams. They bring him back to the ring and Ripley hands over two short-sleeved clotheslines. Flair struggles, but Ripley heads him up.

Ripley lands a pop and throws knee kicks. Flair blocks a knee but Ripely hits him. Ripley with a Northern Lights addition for 2. Later and now back in the middle of the ring. Ripley with a great German suplex.

Ripley goes upstairs for the rocket dropkick, but Flair steps aside. Flair now with a Boston crab. Ripley stops and holds him on a second count. Style with a disassembly on one leg. Ripley against the number four for a count of 2. Flair Ripley with a large jumping shoe for a tight count of 2.

Flair has a few words with the referee. Flair lands on Ripley’s shoulders from the corner. Flair slips in for a sunset jerk, but Ripley fires up and eventually turns him into a large vertical suplex. Flair enters 2. Now they exchange big kicks on their feet. Flair orders Ripley to bring it in and Ripley unloads himself with big hard knocks. Flair returns and sends Ripley to the ground.

Flair is excited now. She runs with a big boot to hit Ripley from the apron to the ground. Flair is excited now. Flair goes up the stairs and starts the moonsault off the top of the ground, bringing Ripley down as fans cheer him on with a big pop.

Flair brings Ripley back to the ring, but Ripley blocks Natural Selection. Ripley does his Cloverleaf Inverted Prism presentation. Flair advances for a count of 2. Ripley leaves for Riptide, but Flair makes excellent DDT for a tight count of 2.

Flair can’t believe it. Fans sing “This is awesome!” as Flair sits down and Ripley begins to recover. Flair talks about trash and hits Ripley. Ripley fights on his knees as they trade big punches in the middle of the ring. Style with signature flair chops.

Ripley with an elbow to his face. Flair drops her onto an elbow and puts her feet on the ropes for leverage, but the referee catches her and stops the counting process. Flair faces the referee but backs up. Ripley throws Flair off the mat and stumbles into the corner.

Ripley is in the corner with a big nudge. Ripley brings flair to the top and changes it. Flair struggles, but Ripley maintains control and walks up the stairs. Ripley goes for the Superplex, but Flair throws them to the mat.

Flair hits a supernatural pick from above, but Ripley is still kicking. Flair can’t believe it. Fans in the crowd are also shocked.

Fans sing “This is great!” now Flair is sitting on the carpet. Ripley begins to recover. Flair nods to the crowd and is now chasing Ripley. Flair chooses Figure Four, but Ripley fights back and throws him back at the Turnbuckles.

Flair is now depressed and trying to recover. Ripley picks up and gets excited. Ripley grabs Flair off the mat, but Flair hits his head against the ring post. Flair shoves Ripley’s leg between the ring post and the steel steps and kicks him several times.

Flair returns to the ring and brings number four to the center of the ring. She crosses the eight while Ripley screams. The referee checks it out and Ripley finally aims for the end.

Winner and new RAW Women’s Champion: Charlotte Flair

  • After the game, Flair sits down, takes the title, and holds it up in the air as his music plays and his fans explode.
  • We see Ripley on the mat, above the knee, frustrated. Ripley sits in the corner as the referee checks her out. Flair poses in the corner while we go to reruns.
  • We have a backstage comedy segment with Riddle, Rick Boogs, and King Shinsuke Nakamura, but Peacock plays so bad it’s hard to see what’s going on.

Money In the Bank Ladder Match: Riddle vs. Kevin Owens vs. King Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Ricochet vs. Drew McIntyre vs. John Morrison vs. Big E vs. Seth Rollins

Buffering issues persist and appear to be widespread as Twitter is rife with complaints. Kevin Owens enters the ring first for the Men’s Money In the Bank Ladder Match.

Riddle is next, followed by King Shinsuke Nakamura with Rick Boogs. John Morrison is next and is joined by The Miz, who has the drip rod in his wheelchair. Miz is apparently backing down, but it’s hard to tell what’s going on.

Next is Big E, followed by Seth Rollins. Drew McIntyre was the last to leave when the briefcase of money in the bank hangs over the ring and the hard storage continues.
