Ingredients Used in Methi Malai Prawns Recipe:
- Butter ¼ stick
- Oil 4-5
- King prawns ½ kg
- Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1-2
- Cumin 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon stick 1
- Pepper ½ tablespoon
- Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
- Salt
- Garam Masala 1 tablespoon
- Ground Cumin 1 tablespoon
- Coriander Powder 1 tablespoon
- Cup of Water 1
- Tomato Paste 1 tablespoon
- Cup of Coconut Milk 1
- Cream Cup 1
- Green Chili Peppers 1
- Fenugreek 1 tablespoon
- Coriander
Preparation:
- On the fire, add the butter to the oil pan and mix well.
- Add the shrimp and mix them.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste, onion, and mix for a few minutes.
- Add oil, cumin, and stir. Add the cinnamon stick, pepper, cardamom, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix.
- Add water to the pan, mix tomato paste, coconut milk, cream.
- Now add the cooked prawns with chopped green pepper, mix with fenugreek and also cover for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
