The Free and Fair Elections Network (Fafen) uncovered 143 irregularities of electoral law during secondary polls NA-249 published in Karachi on April 29.
Fafen noted that there were 143 violations of electoral law on arrival, 55 of which had been identified with the presence of party camps in the environmental factors of the topographical stations.
The other 58 infringement cases concerned procedural anomalies, mainly in voting and counting measures.

The electoral commission had set up 276 surveying stations and 796 surveying posts. Under normal conditions, a surveying station for 1,230 voters was installed.
Citizens outside the 98 polling stations reported their observance in the discretionary cycle, while the surplus claimed they were part of the path that was satisfied.
At all surveyed surveying stations, the spectators discovered elective material in sufficient quantities.
They noticed two episodes in which unapproved people tried to get to the vote by projecting mysterious screens.
Fafen sent 28 non-intransigent and appropriately certified witnesses (19 men and nine women) to assess the survey cycle at 112 survey stations (30 men, 20 women, and 62 consolidated). They stated that the interplay of the survey was generally appropriate and straightforward.
Almost 84% (94) of the stations examined had surveying corners in separate rooms.
Around 18 surveying stations, five men and five women as well as eight consolidated ones housed more than one corner in a single room. Surveyors were available at all registered surveying stations.
At seat NA-249, 12 political parties presented their applicants, while 18 applicants freely challenged.
Abdul Qadir Mandokhel from the PPP won the poll with 22% (16,156) of the votes cast (73,471).
The examination of the parties revealed significant changes in the voting rights of various political parties.
PTI’s Faisal Vawda won from this electorate in the 2018 parliamentary elections. He had received 27% (35,349) of the total polled votes (131,190), while Shehbaz Sharif from PML-N finished as a sprinter with 26% (34,626) of the votes. polled voters.
The PPP only received 6% (7,236) of the vote in the 2018 general election.
