The Capital Development Authority (CDA) announced the successful auction of all 236 residential plots in Islamabad’s Sector C-14, generating an expected Rs. 14 billion in revenue. Priced at Rs. 60 million per kanal, the plots were prioritized for overseas Pakistanis, with over 1,700 applications received, including 550 from expatriates.
The e-balloting, conducted by NADRA, ensured transparency. CDA officials hinted at future auctions in sectors like C-13, C-15, and Park Enclave to meet demand.

Successful applicants will be listed on the CDA website, while unpaid plots will go to waitlisted investors. Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa thanked participants and shared updates on Sector C-14’s development and plans for new projects.
