Free Breakfast Program For Schoolchildren
A survey conducted by Governor Tessori revealed that many children in Sindh skip breakfast due to poverty and inflation. Some went without milk for two years, others went without eggs for six months.
This program will begin with 100 public schools and will be expanded gradually. The aim is to ensure that no student goes to school hungry.

Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui stressed the urgent need to improve education, pointing out that 25 to 30 million children in Pakistan do not have access to education.
Although youth and children constitute 60% of the population, integrating the 30 million out-of-school youth could significantly improve the educational landscape.
Governor Tessori reiterated that the program would be extended to areas outside Karachi and schools could register through a dedicated website.
