Online Application for BSKY NABIN Card
The BSKY NABIN CARD, developed in collaboration with the Bank of Kathmandu (BOK) and Nabil Bank, offers a free-of-cost registration process. To apply for the BSKY NABIN CARD online, follow these steps:
- Visit the official website at https://www.bsky.odisha.gov.in/.
- Agree to the declaration confirming family members’ eligibility and provide Aadhaar consent for e-KYC.
- Enter the Aadhaar number of the HoF or applicant to initiate validation against both BSKY and government employee databases.
- Complete e-KYC for automatic retrieval of personal details.
- Input your Voter ID (EPIC) card number and upload a scanned copy.
- Validate your mobile number through a One-Time Password (OTP).
- Add family members by validating their names, Aadhaar numbers, and relationship with the HoF.

Post-Submission Verification Process for BSKY NABIN Card Applications
After submission, the application undergoes a three-level verification process:
- Level 1 (L1) Verification: Conducted by Gram Panchayat/Ward Member, focusing on rural residency, family details, and Aadhaar numbers.
- Level 2 (L2) Verification: Conducted by Block Development Officer (BDO), scrutinizing application details, and eligibility criteria, and cross-checking with government databases.
- Level 3 Verification: Conducted by the State Health Agency (SHA), involving final validation, cross-checking with state-level databases, and resolving any inconsistencies.
Applicants can track the status and download the acknowledgment receipt using the Acknowledgment Receipt Number.
