According to local officials, Garcia also allegedly used an AR-15 pistol to carry out the slaughter.

Who Was The Incident And Suspect?
BUYERS fled the scene when a gunman entered Allen Premium Outlets.
The gunman, identified as security guard Mauricio Garcia, 33, killed eight people.
Several other weapons were reportedly found at the scene.
Although no motive could be established, authorities suspect that the deceased gunman was inspired by right-wing extremism.
When officers shot Garcia at the scene, they discovered RWDS insignia on his clothing.
RWDS is an acronym for Right Wing Death Squad, a neo-Nazi, white, racist, extremist organization.
Garcia earned his Texas security guard license in April 2016.
His safety license expired four years later, and the Texas Department of Public Safety has no record of an extension.
Garcia arrived at Allen Premium Outlets on Saturday, May 6 and set a gathering of people on fire.
Police Investigation Report
The disaster claimed the lives of eight people; Six were found dead at the scene and two others died on the way to hospital.
Seven other people were taken to nearby trauma centers for treatment for their injuries.
“Our hearts are heavy tonight for the victims and families of such a tragic event,” the Allen Police Association said in a statement.

First responder Steven Spainhouer recalled to CBS News: “When the multiple shots happened, my heart just sank.”

“The first girl I met crouched down and covered her head with the bushes, so I checked her pulse, bowed her head and she had no face.”
“No one can see what we saw today without being affected.”
“It’s not a situation I would wish on anyone, it’s just unfathomable to see carnage.”
