Prince Harry Has An ‘Extraordinary’ Moment As He Cried At Princess Diana’s Grave
Prince Harry speaks of not being able to shed a tear after the death of his mother.
The Duke of Sussex points out in his memoir Spare how he imagined the idea of his mother going into hiding to protect herself from the press and her enemies.
However, the father of two admits that over time he realized his dream could never come true.
He writes in his autobiography: “The illusion of Mama hiding and preparing to return has never been so real that it completely obliterates reality. But it erased it enough to take away most of my pain. She hadn’t cried yet, she hadn’t cried yet, except once at her grave, she hadn’t yet processed the bare facts. Part of my brain knew, but another part was completely isolated, and the separation between those two parts kept the parliament of my consciousness divided, polarized, and blocked as I wanted.”
