Video Of The Idaho Murders
The music video is just 17 seconds long and was shot shortly before the killings, which took place after the women returned home and settled in for the night.
Steve Goncalves, Kaylee’s father, told Fox News that the “Adam” mentioned in the new video is not a suspect. “We’ve had this film for a while,” Goncalves said.
“…It’s just two girls having fun asking for their bartender… on the way to the grub truck.” He said the video was provided to the family by a company.
1/2 Full surveillance video appears to show Kaylee Goncalves and Maddie Mogen walking through downtown Moscow, Idaho, hours before the killings. In the video you can hear: “Maddie, what did you say to Adam?”
“We asked and did the obvious due diligence and we looked into it and it became pretty clear that this person was not part of the investigation as a suspect,” Goncalves told Lawrence Jones Cross Country.
According to Fox News, the network received the video from Kristine Cameron and Alina Smith, who run a Facebook page dedicated to solving the Idaho murders. The police have the new surveillance video, Fox News reported.
Police Investigation Report
Police wrote in a 16th December 2022 press release that they “reviewed most of the digital content collected from critical cameras at crucial moments before and after the murders.”
They wrote that “researchers continue to spend hours analyzing digital content submitted by businesses, households, and the public.”
“Investigators continue to ask for the public’s further assistance in their search for a white 2011-2013 Hyundai Elantra near the King Road residence in the early hours of November 13. Investigators believe the occupants of this vehicle may have important information to share about this case,” police wrote.
Kaylee’s father told Fox News that they considered the vehicle an important lead.
“There is huge digital content that needs to be reviewed with a whole team dedicated to managing the digital submissions. Other members of the investigative team are dedicated to providing email advice, while another team is dedicated to tip-line calls,” police wrote.
“The pace of the investigation will not be slowed down over the weekend or holiday. And the departure of University of Idaho students heading home for winter vacation shouldn’t slow the investigation.”
