Keith Farmer Cause of Death At Age 35
OUR TIME Keith Farmer, a 35-year-old British motorcycling champion, has died.
David Farmer, also known as Clogher Bullet, announced Thursday that Farmer passed away unexpectedly.
David wrote: “Our little brother left us at 1:45 am. this morning and we were all by his side. I have no voice”
“He made us all very proud and we will miss him dearly. Life will never be the same again. I’m with you, Meekie #33.”

Cumbrian Farmer has been described as “pure raw talent” whose motorsport career was cut short by tragedy and injury.
After struggling with injuries in the final years of his career, he retired from racing in September 2021 and was looking forward to spending time with his family.
What Happened To The British Motorcycle Champion Revealed?
In a statement to the News Letter at the time of his retirement, Keith said: “I feel like now is the time because the fun is over and my body needs a chance to heal from the wounds I got in the past a few years”.
“I have another baby in five weeks and my other youngest daughter will be five in December and I have my oldest daughter in Northern Ireland.”
“I want to go now if I can, rather than continue for fun, and I want to spend more time with my family.”
A four-time British Champion, Farmer has raced for TAS Racing, Buildbase Suzuki, Paul Bird Motorsport, and BSB. TAS Racing called Farmer’s passing “absolute devastation”.
Expressing his condolences to Farmer’s family and friends, Team President Philip Neill said, “We have enjoyed many happy memories together both on a racing and personal level as Keith remained a close friend to the team.”
“His talent was undeniable and while he has had many accomplishments including a memorable Superstock Championship win with Tyco BMW in 2018, I will always feel that we never saw Keith’s full potential on a Superbike because he often gets through Injury or bad conditions. Luck.”
According to the British Superbike Championship, Farmer will be fondly remembered by his opponents.

According to the organization, he will be greatly missed by everyone who has known Keith throughout his career.
“After today’s tragic news, he will be remembered by his rivals, colleagues, and fans as a brilliant and successful racing driver.”
His “bitter opponent”, British Superbike racer Glenn Irwin, challenged him.
“I remember when PBM took you for sure that you would get all the way up with birdies and then the GP team. You were that good, pure raw talent.”
