How Pakistani Graduates Can Study At World Top 25 Universities?
The Federal Government has announced a series of Master’s and Ph.D. Scholarships under the Prime Minister’s (PM) Youth Program in honor of the 75th anniversary of Pakistan’s independence.
According to the information, 75 scholarships are awarded to deserving candidates at the top 25 universities in the world. The duration of the scholarship for the master’s is two years, and for the doctorate four years.

What are The Eligibility Criteria?
The applicant must:
- Be a citizen of Pakistan or Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
- Have confirmed/unconditional admission to any of the top 25 universities ranked by QS or Times Higher Education (THE) in select subjects.
- Do you have a minimum qualification:
- For MS Scholarships: BS/BE/Masters or equivalent to 16 years of study in the relevant major.
- For Ph.D. scholarships: MS/MPhil/ME or the equivalent of 18 years of study in the relevant major.
- Minimum CGPA 3 out of 4 and 3.75 out of 5 in semester system or First Division in year system in BS/BE/Masters/equivalent.
- Have a split second maximum throughout your college career before final graduation.
- Be the age listed below on the Closing Date:
- 40 for full-time full-time professors of public universities or colleges or employees of government institutions.
- 35 years for everyone else.
- Do not benefit from any other scholarship. In case you have applied for any other Higher Education Commission (HEC) scholarship, a No Objection Certification (NOC) of that scholarship project is mandatory.
- Submit a NOC if you are an employee of a university/public sector organization.
- After graduation, I will return to Pakistan.
