Prince Charles is risking the future of the monarchy for being ‘too political’
Prince Charles has been criticized for jeopardizing the monarch’s future for being “too political”.
Speaking on the talk show Loose Women, Carol McGiffin spoke of the Queen’s “generous donation” to help Ukraine, without giving an opinion on the Russian invasion in order to remain politically neutral.
“That’s the good thing about her,” he said.
He pointed out that it was the Prince of Wales who could risk the monarch walking the fine line of politics.
“I think if the monarchy gets too political, it becomes divisive.”

He added that the Queen appears to be “protecting us from Charles,” who has alienated people with his “very outspoken” stance on environmental awareness.
“I don’t like him very much,” he said, adding that he is “very vocal” on environmental issues.
“He’s too political. Some of his causes not all support him.”
