Zendaya & Tom Holland Discuss Their Difference In Altitude: “I Landed In Front Of Him”
Hollywood couple Tom Holland and Zendaya make fun of their height difference while sharing a hilarious anecdote from the Spider-Man: No Way Home sets.
In a speech on Friday’s Graham Norton Show, Zendaya brought up the issues while she was doing a stunt with Holland.
“There’s a waterfall where Spider-Man is balancing us on a bridge and he’s taking me there,” Zendaya explained. “He should gently put MJ down on the deck and walk away from her. Because of our elevation gain … we were tied up so I wanted to land in front of him.”
“So what would happen?” She asked Holland, who later revealed that the duo used a security technique called a “background signal” to go through the stage.

“The ‘bottom note’ is something they do on stunts, the main purpose of which is to keep your kneecaps from breaking,” he said before complaining, “I’m the superhero … I’m supposed to look cool.”
Holland added: “She would land, then I would land like this, then my feet would swing under me and she would grab me.”
Zendaya then teased Holland, saying she was “very cute” about it. “You thought, ‘Oh my god, thank you,'” he said.
“It’s so nice to be taken for a change,” he laughed.
