Prince William Reportedly Had ‘Terrible Fights’ After Camilla Married Prince Charles
It would have been difficult for Prince William to accept Camilla as his stepmother after the death of his biological mother, Princess Diana.
Royal expert Katie Nicholl wrote Harry and William in her 2010 book, highlighting the new dynamic the Duke of Cambridge struggled with when Camilla first met the family.
She said William would have “terrible fights” with his stepsister Laura as they argued over who was responsible for their “broken homes”.

“William would blame Camilla for all the damage she did to her mother, which would make Laura angry. Laura didn’t get it,” he wrote.
“She would take a hard line and shoot William, ‘Your father has ruined my life.'”
