Claudia Banton is the suspect in the horrific shooting of a woman who was chatting with friends near a porch in Brooklyn in August and was arrested in Florida.
New York Police Commissioner Dermot Shea tweeted “concern” on Monday. Police officers identified the woman who allegedly shot Delia Johnson, 42, the mother of a 17-year-old girl, in the back of the neck on Tuesday, 4th August.

Brooklyn Mom Delia Johnson Murder
A Brooklyn woman was accidentally executed by another woman who approached her and shot her in the neck, according to a grim video of the scene.
The killer, a blonde woman in a black top and black leggings, raised her gun and shot Johnson in the head, then shot her again when she hit the ground.
The violence forced passersby to flee for their lives. A man backed away in horror near a parked car when the people Johnson was speaking to collapsed on the front steps in front of her.
The shooter then returned to a double-parked white sedan, sat in the driver’s seat, and drove off.
Claudia Banton Charged
NBC New York reported that the suspect is Claudia Banton, 42, who is also named Claudia Williams and Keisha Brown.
Family members said they recognized Sagittarius as a friend of the family, but it is unclear if Banton is the woman they recognized.

Police have yet to release a motive for the shooting, but family members said they believed the shooter may have followed Johnson to a funeral that same night.
As per the prison records, Banton is being held in Jacksonville with an arrest warrant for a refugee and awaiting extradition.
