5 Best Selling Cars of March 2022 in Pakistan

The auto industry continues to post incredible sales despite the recent price hikes and saw a huge surge in March 2022. The Big Three in particular saw strong sales.

Overall, the following cars stood out as 5 bestsellers for March 2022 in Pakistan:

Note: Non-PAMA members such as Kia, Changan, MG, Prince-DFSK and United Motors do not disclose their monthly vehicle sales. They are therefore not included in this list.

#5: Toyota Yaris

Once the best-selling sedan in Pakistan, the Toyota Yaris has recently experienced slow sales. Toyota Indus Motor Company (IMC) sold 1,905 Yaris units last month, earning a spot in this month’s top 5 seller list.

#4: Honda City

The sixth-generation Honda City retains its spot in the top five best-selling cars despite being the most expensive subcompact sedan. According to a reliable source, Honda Atlas Cars Limited (HACL) has sold 1987 units of the City in March 2022, making it the 4th best selling sedan in Pakistan.

#3: Suzuki Wagon ®

Suzuki WagonR jumped from fifth to third for the first time in 2022. Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) sold 2,104 units of the Wagon R in March 2022, helping Honda City take third place.

#2: Toyota Corollas

Toyota Corolla won the title of Best Selling Sedan in Pakistan for the third straight year in 2022, easily beating Honda City and Toyota Yaris. Toyota IMC sold 3,490 units of the Corolla in March 2022, making it the second best-selling car of the month.

#1: Suzuki Alto

The Suzuki Alto is a landslide winner and continues its unstoppable reign as Pakistan’s best-selling car.

As of March 2022, PSMC sold 9,814 units of the Alto, becoming the best-selling car in Pakistan for the third consecutive month of that year. The number also set a new record for the automaker to sell the most Alto units in a single month.
